Stay at home if you have coronavirus symptoms

Stay at home if you or someone in your household have Coronavirus (COVID-19) symptoms which are either:

• a high temperature (above 37.8 degrees)
• a new continuous cough

Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital.
You do not need to contact 111 to tell them you’re staying at home.
You can complete a self certificate for absence so you do not need to contact us for a doctors medical certificate (or ‘sick note’)

Summerfield Urgent Care Centre is committed to giving you high quality healthcare. We offer a range of health services and information as well as advice and treatment for a range of illnesses and minor injuries, with or without an appointment.

Unregistered patients may been seen by a clinician if they are unable to make an appointment with their own GP. This part of the service is a walk in and wait service and not appointment based.

If you are a registered patient at the Practice you will need to make an appointment with a clinician, Please ask a receptionist to assist you with this, they are happy to help.
